This deal marks one of the largest of its kind, highlighting the growing demand for high-end properties in Gurugram.

A Record-Breaking Deal

The ₹190 crore transaction has set a new price-per-square-foot record for India. According to Samir Jasuja, CEO of Propequity, this is the highest recorded price for a high-rise apartment in the country. The deal translates to ₹1.18 lakh per square foot on super area and ₹1.82 lakh per square foot on carpet area. This surpasses previous records in Mumbai.
